Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic B2B Corporate Sales Executive to drive corporate partnerships
and business relationships. This role focuses on representing Oraiyan Groups at corporate
events, building strategic partnerships, and generating sales through B2B channels. The
ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong corporate
relationships while promoting our premium plotted developments to potential business
clients.
Key Responsibilities
- ● Identify and pursue B2B sales opportunities within the corporate sector in Bengaluru
- and surrounding regions
- ● Represent the company at corporate events, business meetings, and industry
- conferences
- ● Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to corporate clients
- ● Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target companies
- ● Create and implement strategic B2B sales plans to achieve revenue targets
- ● Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of corporate deals
- ● Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions, proposals, and deals
- ● Monitor market trends and competitor activities in the B2B real estate sector
- ● Generate regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and corporate engagement
- ● Organize and conduct site visits for corporate clients
Required Qualifications
- ● Post Graduate degree (MBA) preferred, with specialization in Sales/Marketing
- ● 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in real estate or related sectors
- ● Proven track record of successful corporate client acquisition
- ● Strong understanding of the real estate market in Bengaluru
- ● Experience in corporate relationship management and business development
Essential Skills
- ● Excellent presentation and public speaking abilities
- ● Strong negotiation and closing skills
- ● Proficient in developing and maintaining corporate relationships
- ● Advanced communication skills in English, Kannada, Hindi
- ● Ability to understand and explain real estate investments and opportunities
- ● Proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
- ● Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- ● Excellent networking abilities and professional demeanor
