Position Overview
We are seeking a talented Software Developer to join our technology team to develop and
maintain software solutions that enhance our real estate operations, from property
management systems to customer-facing applications.
Key Responsibilities
● Design and develop web-based applications for property management and sales.
● Create and optimize database structures and APIs for third-party integrations.
● Build responsive user interfaces for property listing and management.
● Implement secure payment gateways and transaction systems.
● Develop and maintain CRM modules and reporting systems.
● Ensure application security and write clean, maintainable code.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams for feature development.
Required Qualifications & Skills
● Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
● 1+ years of software development experience.
● Strong proficiency in full-stack development.
Technical Skills
● Frontend: JavaScript/TypeScript, React.js/Angular/Vue.js
● Backend: Node.js, Python/Java, PHP
● Databases: SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL), NoSQL (MongoDB)
● Tools: Git, REST API, AWS/Azure, Docker
● Additional: Payment gateway integration, Google Maps API, Web security
Essential Skills
