Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Site Developer to join our team in Bengaluru. This full-time,
on-site role involves overseeing the complete development of plotted layouts, transforming
raw land into premium gated communities with modern infrastructure and amenities.
Key Responsibilities
● Plan and execute comprehensive site development projects, including plot
demarcation, road construction, and infrastructure development.
● Oversee the installation of essential utilities including water supply networks,
underground drainage systems, and electrical infrastructure.
● Manage the construction of community amenities including compound walls,
entrance gates, and security infrastructure.
● Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and labor teams to ensure timely project
completion.
● Implement quality control measures throughout the development process to maintain
high standards.
● Monitor project budgets and timelines, ensuring optimal resource utilization.
● Ensure compliance with local building codes, environmental regulations, and safety
standards.
● Supervise site preparation activities including land clearing, grading, and leveling
operations.
Required Qualifications
● Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
● 5+ years of experience in real estate site development or similar construction
projects.
● Strong knowledge of infrastructure development, particularly in residential layouts.
● Proven track record of successfully completing gated community projects.
Essential Skills
● Excellent project management and team leadership abilities.
● Strong technical knowledge of construction methodologies and materials.
● Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant construction software.
● Superior problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions.
● Strong communication and coordination abilities.
