Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Loan Executive to lead our loan processing
department. The ideal candidate will oversee loan operations, manage team performance,
and ensure efficient processing of real estate loans while maintaining high customer
satisfaction levels.
Key Responsibilities
● Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of loan executives. Monitor team
performance and provide guidance for improvement. Establish processing standards
and best practices.
● Customer Service: Oversee customer allocation. Ensure optimal distribution of
cases among team members. Monitor customer service quality and response times.
Review complex or high-priority customer cases.
● Bank Relations: Develop and maintain relationships with key banking partners.
Negotiate preferential rates and terms for customers. Establish new banking
partnerships.
● Process Management: Monitor and optimize loan processing workflows. Ensure
compliance with 24-hour allocation timeline. Oversee KYC verification process
completion within 48 hours.
● Documentation & Compliance: Ensure adherence to documentation standards.
Review complex loan cases and documentation. Maintain compliance with regulatory
requirements.
● Performance Monitoring: Prepare monthly performance reports. Analyze loan
conversion rates and processing times. Track and report team productivity metrics.
● Escalation Management: Handle escalated customer concerns. Resolve complex
loan processing issues. Coordinate with banks for expedited processing.
Required Qualifications
● Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, or related field.
● 3+ years of experience in real estate loan processing.
● 1+ years in team leadership role.
● Strong understanding of real estate financing.
● Experience with major banking institutions.
