Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Accounts Executive to join our team in Bengaluru.
This full-time, on-site role involves managing the company's financial operations, maintaining
accurate financial records, and providing comprehensive accounting support to ensure
smooth financial operations.
Key Responsibilities
鈼 Maintain and manage accounts payable and receivables with high accuracy.
鈼 Update and maintain accounting software for all financial transactions.
鈼 Maintain detailed books of accounts, ledgers, and balance sheets.
鈼 Prepare comprehensive accounts statements and financial reports.
鈼 Develop and maintain profit and loss statements.
鈼 Handle bank reconciliation, statutory payments, and process various payments
(salary, incentives, cash)
鈼 Coordinate effectively with sales and CRM departments for outstanding payments,
recovery, and balance cancellation processes.
鈼 Execute and deliver tasks as assigned by management.
鈼 Manage budget allocation, fund flow, and conduct cost analysis.
鈼 Maintain and update Management Information System (MIS).
鈼 Prepare and present monthly financial reports.
鈼 Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications
鈼 Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field; MBA preferred.
鈼 Professional qualification (CA Inter/CMA/M.Com) preferred.
鈼 3+ years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
鈼 Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
鈼 Proficiency in accounting software and financial management systems.
