Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Legal Executive to join our team in Bengaluru. This
full-time, on-site role involves managing legal aspects of real estate transactions, ensuring
compliance, and providing comprehensive legal support to various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
● Manage property law matters including due diligence, title verification, and legal
documentation for real estate transactions.
● Draft, review, and validate legal documents such as sale deeds, agreements, and
contracts.
● Provide legal counsel on real estate matters to internal teams and address client
queries.
● Conduct legal research on property matters and stay updated on real estate laws.
● Liaise with government authorities, external counsel, and stakeholders for legal
compliance.
● Maintain systematic documentation and record-keeping of all legal files.
● Assess legal risks and recommend mitigation strategies for property transactions.
Required Qualifications
● Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or Masters (LLM), Knowledge of Corporate law.
● 1+ years of experience.
● Good knowledge of property law, real estate regulations.
● Familiarity with Karnataka real estate regulations and RERA guidelines.
