Position Overview
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketer to join our team in Bengaluru.
This full-time, on-site role involves developing and executing comprehensive digital
marketing strategies to enhance our brand presence, generate leads, and drive business
growth.
Key Responsibilities
● Design and oversee all aspects of our digital marketing department including
marketing database, email, display, and advertising campaigns.
● Develop and monitor monthly budgets for campaigns, website maintenance, brand
awareness initiatives, and lead generation activities.
● Plan and manage social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and
engagement.
● Prepare accurate reports on marketing campaign performance and analyze key
metrics.
● Coordinate with advertising and media experts to optimize marketing results.
● Identify and implement the latest trends and technologies affecting the real estate
industry.
● Evaluate and track website traffic metrics, service quotas, and target audience
behavior.
● Lead team brainstorming sessions to develop innovative growth strategies.
● Oversee and manage digital projects including contests, giveaways, and promotional
campaigns.
● Maintain best practices across various social media platforms and website analytics.
● Generate comprehensive monthly reports on all digital marketing activities and
outcomes.
Required Qualifications
● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
● 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the real estate sector.
● Proven track record of successful digital marketing campaigns.
● Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.
