Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced CRM Head to lead our customer relationship management
team in Bengaluru. This senior-level position involves managing team operations,
developing customer service strategies, and ensuring excellence in customer relationship
management while driving departmental growth and team development.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Relationship Management
鈼 Oversee comprehensive customer relationship management strategies and ensure
high-quality customer care.
鈼 Supervise the distribution of project-wise information to customers.
鈼 Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout their journey,
including payments collections, loan processing, documentation, registration, and
cancellation processes.
鈼 Ensure accurate and timely updates in the CRM software system.
鈼 Oversee the handling of customer complaints, queries, and requirements during calls
and visits.
Team Leadership
鈼 Lead and manage the CRM team, including task assignment and performance
monitoring.
鈼 Ensure smooth and efficient department operations.
鈼 Collaborate with Management to implement improvements and innovative ideas.
鈼 Drive overall department performance aligned with company objectives.
鈼 Provide mentorship, guidance, and coaching to team members to facilitate their
professional growth and adaptation to organizational changes.
Cross-functional Coordination
鈼 Manage interdepartmental coordination for loan processing, legal matters,
registration, and payments.
鈼 Oversee company registration processes, license renewals, and business
requirements for legal consultation.
鈼 Monitor customer satisfaction levels and implement improvement strategies.
鈼 Manage escalations and sensitive issues, coordinating with senior management
when necessary.
鈼 Lead team participation in company events and initiatives.
鈼 Prepare and present comprehensive monthly reports to management.
Required Qualifications
鈼 Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA
preferred.
鈼 5+ years of experience in customer relationship management, with at least 2 years in
a leadership role.
鈼 Proven track record in team management and customer service excellence.
鈼 Strong understanding of real estate industry and CRM best practices.
