Position Overview
We are seeking a customer-focused CRM Executive to join our team in Bengaluru. This
full-time, on-site role involves managing customer relationships, ensuring customer
satisfaction, and providing comprehensive support throughout the customer journey in their
real estate transactions.
Key Responsibilities
鈼 Manage and nurture customer relationships with utmost care and professionalism,
serving as the primary point of contact.
鈼 Provide detailed project-specific information to customers, ensuring they are
well-informed about their investments.
鈼 Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to facilitate smooth payment
collections, loan processing, documentation, registration, and cancellation processes.
鈼 Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM software system.
鈼 Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requirements professionally during calls
and site visits.
鈼 Coordinate effectively with various departments including loan, legal, registration,
and payments teams to ensure seamless customer service.
鈼 Manage company registration processes, license renewals, and facilitate business
requirements for legal consultation.
鈼 Monitor and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive
communication and support.
鈼 Identify and escalate sensitive issues to senior management in a timely manner.
鈼 Actively participate in company events and provide support to team initiatives.
鈼 Prepare and submit comprehensive monthly reports on customer relationship
activities.
Required Qualifications
鈼 Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
鈼 1+ years of experience in customer relationship management, preferably in the real
estate sector.
鈼 Strong understanding of CRM principles and practices.
鈼 Proficiency in CRM software systems.
