Position Overview
We are seeking a creative and skilled Content Writer to join our Digital Marketing team. The
ideal candidate will create compelling, SEO-optimized content that showcases our real
estate projects and engages potential buyers through various digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
● Create engaging content for websites, blog posts, property descriptions, and social
media platforms.
● Write compelling property listings and project descriptions that highlight unique
selling propositions.
● Develop SEO-optimized content to improve website visibility and drive organic traffic.
● Create engaging email marketing campaigns and newsletters.
● Write script for property walkthrough videos and promotional content.
● Craft compelling ad copy for digital marketing campaigns.
● Develop content for brochures, presentations, and marketing collateral.
● Create engaging social media posts across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram,
Facebook).
● Write press releases and articles about company developments and achievements.
● Research real estate market trends and incorporate insights into content.
● Maintain brand voice and style consistency across all content.
● Collaborate with the design team to ensure content alignment with visuals.
● Edit and proofread content to ensure error-free publication.
● Track content performance metrics and optimize based on data insights.
Required Qualifications
● Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, or related field;
MBA preferred.
● 1+ years of content writing experience, preferably in real estate or digital marketing.
● Portfolio demonstrating excellent writing skills and versatility.
● Strong understanding of SEO principles and content optimization.
● Experience with content management systems and digital marketing tools.
Essential Skills
