Position Overview
We are seeking a strategic and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our
executive team. The ideal candidate will provide leadership and direction to the financial
decisions of Oraiyan Groups, and will be responsible for developing and implementing
financial strategies to support our company's growth and expansion in the real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
鈼 Develop and execute the company's financial strategy and long-term financial
planning.
鈼 Partner with CEO and board members to drive strategic decisions and company
direction.
鈼 Lead capital raising initiatives and manage relationships with investors and financial
institutions.
鈼 Identify and analyze investment opportunities, including land acquisitions and
development projects.
鈼 Drive strategic planning processes and financial forecasting.
Financial Management
鈼 Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, cash flow, and
treasury.
鈼 Direct the preparation of all financial reports, including income statements, balance
sheets, reports to shareholders, and tax returns.
鈼 Manage the capital structure and determine appropriate financing strategies.
鈼 Develop and maintain relationships with banking partners and financial institutions.
鈼 Oversee project financing and ensure optimal utilization of resources.
Risk Management & Compliance
鈼 Ensure compliance with RERA, Companies Act, and other regulatory requirements.
鈼 Develop and maintain robust internal control systems.
鈼 Manage audit processes and relationships with external auditors.
鈼 Oversee risk management strategies and insurance programs.
鈼 Monitor and manage the company's debt covenants and financial risks.
Operational Excellence
鈼 Lead and develop the finance and accounting team.
鈼 Implement and oversee financial systems and processes.
鈼 Drive operational efficiency through financial analysis and metrics.
鈼 Oversee project costing and pricing strategies.
鈼 Manage investor relations and corporate communications.
Required Qualifications
鈼 Chartered Accountant (CA) with MBA/CFA preferred.
鈼 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience.
鈼 Minimum 5 years experience in C-suite or equivalent position.
鈼 Strong background in real estate sector finance.
鈼 Experience in managing large-scale real estate projects and investments.
