Description

1. Perform full aspects of Recruitment & handle smooth on-boarding process.
2. Conduct induction to new joinees.
3. Maintain Employee records hard copies & create employee details in the software.
4. Update master file for new joiners & exit employees.
5. Perform HR operations - attendance, leave, employment letters, FnF, relieving letters etc.
6. Payroll inputs monthly.
7. Plan & conduct employee engagement activities.
8. Handle employee queries.
9. Participate in events & training programs
10. Support & assist in full scope HR functions.
11. Prepare monthly report
