Description

Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Allocation
- Receive customer loan needs from the CRM Department.
- Assign customers to appropriate loan officers within 24 hours.
- Update allocation details in the tracking system.
2. Bank Coordination
- Identify suitable banks for customer loan requirements.
- Contact banks to discuss loan options and check eligibility.
- Submit preliminary customer details for eligibility verification.
3. KYC and Documentation
- Request necessary KYC and supporting documents from customers.
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of received documents.
- Complete KYC verification within 48 hours of document receipt.
4. Loan Application and Approval Process
- Prepare and submit complete loan applications to selected banks.
- Track the status of loan applications with banks regularly.
- Approach alternative banks within 2 business days if a loan is not approved.
- Keep customers informed about their application progress and requirements.
5. Customer Follow-Up and Communication
- Provide regular updates to customers on their loan application status weekly.
- Respond to customer inquiries within 24 hours.
- Inform customers and the CRM Department about the final status of loan applications
immediately after the decision.
6. Timely Loan Processing
- Monitor the timeline for processing loan applications.
- Escalate any delays to the Loan Department Manager for immediate action.
7. Reporting and Documentation
- Update the internal tracking system daily with the latest status of loan applications.
- Prepare and submit weekly status reports to the Loan Department Manager.
